Nola Soul is one of Fort Wayne's newest culinary offerings ran by New Orleans born Chef John Snyder out of the Pedal City kitchen. Chef John previously was the Chef/Owner of NOLA ON 13 in the Indiana Michigan Power Center and he is once again bringing truly authentic Cajun cuisine to the Fort Wayne area. I have the pleasure of working with Nola Soul to brand and promote the new business offering my design, consulting, and photography services. More work coming soon.
